缺氧诱导因子1α与葡萄糖转运蛋白1在肝细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)mRNA与葡萄糖转运蛋白1(Glut1)mRNA在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及临床意义,并分析两者的关系。方法采用RT-PCR的方法对21例新鲜肝癌样本和10例正常肝组织样本中Glut1mRNA与HIF-1αmRNA的表达情况进行检测。结果 HIF-1αmRNA和Glut1mRNA在HCC患者样本中的阳性表达率明显高于正常肝组织样本(P<0.05);在HCC患者中HIF-1αmRNA和Glut1mRNA的表达均与肿瘤大小、病理分级、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);两者的表达呈正相关(r=0.652,P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1αmRNA和Glut1mRNA过表达与HCC患者的临床特征密切相关,两者的表达呈正相关。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha（HIF-1α） mRNA and glucose transporter 1 （Glutl） mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） patients,and analyse the relationship between them. Methods Expressions of Glutl mRNA and HIF-1α mRNA in 21 samples of HCC and 10 samples of normal hepatic tissue were detected by RT-PCR. Results The expression of HIF-1α mRNA and Glutl mRNA in HCC tissue was significantly higher than that in normal hepatic tissue（P 〈0. 05） ; the expression of HIF-loL mRNA and Glutl mRNA in HCC tissue was related to tumor size, pathology grade, clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis （P 〈0. 05） ; and the positive correlation was found between them（ r = 0. 652,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The overexpression of HIF-1α mR- NA and Glutl mRNA in HCC tissue is closely related to the clinical features in HCC patients. The expression of Glutl mRNA exhibited positive correlation with the expression of HIF-1α mRNA.
