摘　　要：目的探讨局部热疗对肝癌基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法 24例肝细胞肝癌患者分别于高强聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗前、治疗后4周进行肿瘤组织活检,采用免疫组化方法对活检肿瘤组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)进行检测。结果 HIFU治疗后肝细胞癌组织中MMP-9(t=8.93,P<0.01)和VEGF(t=21.38,P<0.01)蛋白表达水平显著降低。结论局部热疗有效抑制肝癌组织内MMP-9和VEGF蛋白表达,可能在阻止肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移中发挥作用。Objective To explore the effects of local hypeythermia on the gene expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemical methods before high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） treating and after four weeks in 24 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Results The expressions of VEGF （ t = 21.38, P 〈 0.01 ） and MMP-9 （ t = 8. 93, P 〈0.01 ） after local hypeythermia treating were lower than those before HIFU treating. Conclusions Local hypeythermia may increase E-cadherin expression and inhibit MMP-9 expression, and prohibit the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.
