摘　　要：目的了解仙桃市居民食用碘盐情况,及时发现问题,为碘缺乏病(IDD)防治提供科学的依据。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》(修订)和《湖北省碘盐监测方案实施细则》要求,对居民户食用盐碘进行随机抽样,按照《制盐工业通用试验方法》(GB/T 13025.7-1999)中的直接滴定法对碘离子进行测定。结果 2008—2012年共检测居民户食用碘盐1 438份,非碘盐样品2份,其中合格碘盐1 421份,不合格碘盐17份,碘盐覆盖率(1 438/1 440),碘盐合格率(1 421/1 438)和合格碘盐食用率(1 421/1 440)分别为99.9%,98.8%,98.7%。结论 2008—2012年该市碘覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均达到国家消除IDD标准(碘盐合格率大于90%)和省级标准(合格碘盐食用率大于95%),但每年仍用少数居民食用不合格碘盐。[ Objective] To understand the status of iodized salt consumption among residents in Xiantao City, duly find the problems, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders （IDD）. [ Methods] The iodized salt samples of households were randomly collected according to the National iodized salt monitoring program （Amendment} and the Hu- bei iodized salt monitoring program implementation details. The iodine ion was determined by the direct titration method from the General test method in salt industry （ GB/T 13025.7-1999 }. [ Results] A total of 1438 iodized salt samples of households were de- tected from 2008-2012, and there were 2 samples of non-iodized salt, 1 421 samples of qualified iodized salt, and 17 samples of unqualified iodized salt. The coverage rate of iodized salt （ 1 438/1 440）, the qualified rate of iodized salt （ 1 421/1 438）, and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt （ 1 421/1 440 ） was 99.9%, 98.8% and 98.7%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The cover- age rate of iodized salt, the qualified rate of iodized salt and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in Xiantao City from 2008-2012 have reached the national standard of eliminating IDD（ the qualified rate of iodized salt is higher than 90% ） and provincial standard （ the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt is higher than 95% ）. However, the consumption of unqualified iodized salt has been found in a few residents.
