时辰化疗在本院卵巢癌治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨时辰化疗在卵巢癌治疗中的作用。方法选取本院5例常规化疗和4例时辰化疗的卵巢癌(OC)患者化疗病例进行对照试验,验证时辰化疗在卵巢癌化疗中的有效性和优越性。两组患者均采用FPP(TXT+DDP+5-FU,多西他赛+顺铂+5-氟尿嘧啶)序贯TP(FTX+DDP,紫杉醇+顺铂)方案化疗,共完成45个化疗疗程,根据糖类抗原CA125的改善情况评价近期有效率,时辰组与常规组无统计学差异。结果化疗毒副反应中胃肠道及肾毒性的发生率,时辰组明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037,P=0.032);骨髓抑制及腹痛腹胀的发生率时辰组低于常规组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.464,P=0.178)。结论时辰化疗可以显著降低卵巢癌患者化疗过程中的胃肠道不良反应及肾毒性的发生率,提高患者对化疗的依从性和耐受性,值得在临床研究推广。In this paper, we selected 5 cases of ovarian cancer by conventional chemotherapy and 4 cases of time chemotherapy （OC） in patients with chemotherapy were controlled trials, effectiveness and superiority of the verification time chemotherapy in chemotherapy of ovarian cancer. Two patients were treated with FPP （TXT ＋ DDP ＋5-FU, docetaxel ＋ cisplatin ＋5-fluorouracil （FIX ＋ DDP, TP） sequential paclitaxel ＋ cisplatin） regimen, completed a total of 45 cycles of chemotherapy, according to the improvement of carbohydrate antigen CA125 evaluation of short-term efficiency, hour group and the conventional group had no statistical difference. The incidence of gastrointestinal and renal toxicity and side effects of chemotherapy, hour group was significantly lower than that in normal group, with significant difference （ P = 0. 037, P = 0. 032） ; the incidence of hour group was lower than that of routine group bone marrow suppression and abdominal pain, but no significant difference between the two groups （ P = 0. 464, P = 0. 178 ）. This shows that chronomodulated chemotherapy can significantly reduce the process of chemotherapy in patients with ovarian cancer in the gastrointestinal adverse reaction and the incidence of nephrotoxicity, improve the patients on chemotherapy compliance and tolerability, worth in clinical promotion research.
