摘　　要：目的：了解石英砂企业工人的社会网络现状,以及社会关系对其产生的影响.方法：对安徽省凤阳县4个乡镇190名石英砂企业工人进行问卷调查,分析石英砂企业工人的社会支持情况.结果：参与问卷调查的工人以男性为主（82.10%）,学历层次相对较低,本地工人较多.本地工人、中小型企业工人、女性工人在社会支持情况下寻求家人和朋友帮助的比例均高于流动人口、大型企业工人和男性工人（P〈0.05～P〈0.01）.本地工人、初中以上学历工人及大型企业工人对职业病的认知状况均优于外地工人、初中及以下学历工人及中小型企业工人（P〈0.05～P〈0.01）.大型企业职业健康培训和签订合同率均明显高于中小型企业（P〈0.01）.结论：石英砂企业工人社会网络关系主要来自家人和朋友,可获得的支持主要来自于非正式的社会网络关系,应对石英砂企业工人加强正式的社会网络支持.Objective：To investigate the social network status and impacts caused by social relation in quartz sand enterprise workers. Methods：One hundred and ninety quartz sand enterprise workers from four villages and towns of Fengyang county were surveyed by questionnaire, their social support conditions were analyzed. Results：More males （82.10%） with low education level from many local workers participated in the questionnaire. The proportions of local worker, medium and small-sized enterprise worker and female worker, who seeked help from family and friend under social support condition were higher than that of floating population, large enterprise worker and male worker（ P 〈 0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ）. The cognitive status of occupational disease in local worker, worker with more than junior high school education and large enterprise worker were better than that in migrant worker ,worker with less than junior high school education and medium and small-sized enterprise worker（ P 〈 0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ）. The proportion of occupational health training and contracting in large enterprise was higher than that in medium and small-sized enterprise（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclnsions：The social network relation of quartz sand enterprise workers mainly come from family and friend ,the available support mainly come from the informal social network relation. The formal social network support should be reinforced.
