摘　　要：目的:探讨如何加强和完善医学检验专业实习基地的建设。方法:从医学检验专业实习基地现状、实习基地建设存在的问题进行调查与分析。结果:勾画出医学检验专业实习基地建设相关措施和思考,包括实习前引导教育、实习基地评价制度、情感交流与沟通、实习生奖惩制度、互利互惠机制、岗前培训制度、带教老师考核制度、创新实习基地模式、经费投入等措施。结论:通过对医学检验专业实习基地现状分析,完善实习基地建设,对提高医学检验专业临床实践带教质量和实习生综合素质等方面具有重要意义。Objective ：To explore the construction of practice base for the major of medical laboratory. Methods：The status and the problem of the practice base construction were investigated and analyzed. Results： Strategy for the practice base construction of the major of medical laboratory was found out. These included pre-practice guide education, evaluation system of practice base, emotional communication,system of rewards and penalties for interns, mutual benefit and reciprocity mechanism, pre-job training system, examining for leading teacher, innovation of practice base model, and funding system. Conclusions ： There is a great significance to make an accurate analysis of the status of practice base of medical laboratory and raise construction of practice base for improving clinical practice medical laboratory quality of teaching and quality of interns.
