摘　　要：目的充分发挥护士在药品不良反应报告和监测工作中的作用,做好基层不良反应监测工作。方法从护士工作的特点出发,具体阐述护士在药品不良反应的报告、分析、评价中的突出特点,肯定护士从事药品不良反应监测工作的优势。结果与结论通过实践,护士在报告和监测药品不良反应工作中的优势得到有效发挥。充分利用护士与患者的密切接触实施主动监测,可以提高报告和监测质量,保障患者用药安全,促进临床合理用药。Objective To achieve favorable performance in adverse drug reaction （ADR） monitoring at the grassroots level by fully exerting the role that nurses play in reporting and monitoring ADRs. Methods Based on the characteristics of nurses＇ work, the article specifically expounded the nurses＇ significant features in terms of adverse drug reaction reporting, analysis, evaluation, which confirmed the advantages of nurses in ADR monitoring. Results and Conclusion Through practice, nurses＇ advantages in ADR reporting and monitoring were fully exerted. By fully utilizing the close contact between nurses and patients to implement active monitoring, the quality of reporting and monitoring can be improved, the drug safety for patients can be guaranteed, and the rational clinic drug use can be promoted.
