摘  要:目的探讨不同培养基对枯草芽孢杆菌产抗菌物质的影响。方法以6种培养基为基础,以酿酒酵母为抑菌活性指示菌,用琼脂孔扩散法测定不同发酵液对酿酒酵母的抑菌活性,对枯草芽孢杆菌合适的培养基和培养条件进行筛选。结果 6种培养基中,枯草芽孢杆菌在马铃薯葡萄糖(PDB)培养基中培养后的发酵上清液对酿酒酵母具有明显的抑制作用,抑菌活性主要在胞外,且PDB培养基有利于芽孢的形成。装液量对枯草芽孢杆菌在PDB培养基中的生长有很大影响,较少的装液量有利于枯草芽孢杆菌芽孢的形成。结论 PDB培养基适合枯草芽孢杆菌产生抗酿酒酵母活性物质。Objective To study the effect of different mediums on the anti-yeast activity production produced by Bacillus subtilis. Methods In this study, based on six kinds of medium, using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as antibacterial activity indicator bacteria,the agar diffusion method was used to determine the antimicrobial activity of different broths to Saccharomyces cerevisiae,then the suitable medium and culture conditions for Bacillus subtilis were screened. Results Among the six mediums, Bacillus subtilis fermentation supernate cultured in potato dextrose broth (PDB)medium inhibited Saccharomyces cerevisiae obviously, and the inhibiting substances were mainly extracellular, PDB medium was conducive to spores formation of Bacillus subtilis. Liquid medium volume bad obvious effect on Bacillus subtilis growth in PDB medium ;less liquid volume was conducive to the spores formation of Bacillus subtilis. Conclusion PDB medium is a suitable medium for Bacillus subtilis to produce anti- yeast activity production.
