精神分裂症患者临床痊愈后生命质量与哌罗匹隆不良反应的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者临床治愈后生命质量与哌罗匹隆不良反应的相关性。方法 89例应用哌罗匹隆治疗达临床治愈的精神分裂症患者分为有不良反应组49例和无不良反应组40例,对2组患者进行简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评定。结果无不良反应组患者的生命质量中情感职能、生理职能和心理健康得分显著高于有不良反应组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物不良反应中的行为毒性、心血管系统、其他项均与生命质量的8个维度存在相关性。行为毒性与生理功能、情感职能、一般健康及心理健康有相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01),心血管系统与生理功能、生理职能、精力、一般健康、情感职能及心理健康有相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01),自主神经系统与情感职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛及心理健康有相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01);其他项与情感职能和生理职能有相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。活动增加、头晕头昏、便秘和失眠对临床治愈期精神分裂症患者生命质量中的7个维度(除外躯体疼痛)均有影响(P<0.05)。结论哌罗匹隆的不良反应可影响精神分裂症患者临床治愈后的生命质量。Objective To investigate the association between perospirone adverse reactions and quality of life in patients with schizophrenic after clinical recovery. Methods A total of 89 schizophrenic patients that achieved clinical recovery after perospirone treatment were divided into adverse reaction group（ n = 49）and non-adverse reaction group （n = 40）, then the patients in the two groups were evaluated with short-form-36 health survey （SF-36）. Results The scores of role emotional, role physical and mental health in non-adverse reaction group were significantly higher than those in adverse reaction group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The beha, doral toxicity, cardiovascular system and other items of drug adverse reactions were corrdated with eight dimensions of patients＇ life quality （P 〈 0.05 ）. Behavioral toxicity was correlated with physical functioning, role emotional, general health and mental health（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Cardiovascular system was correlated with physical functioning, role physical, vitality, general health, role emotional and mental health （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Antagonistic system was correlated with role emotional, social functioning, bodily pain and mental health（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Other items were correlated with role emotional and role physical（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Increased activity, dizziness, constipation and insomnia showed significant influence on the seven dimensions （ except the bodily pain） of patients＇ life quality （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Perospirone adverse reactions can affect the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia after clinical recovery.
