某院2010年-2012年未成年精神疾病患者构成分析

摘　　要：目的了解精神科专科医院未成年患者精神疾病的就诊来源及疾病分类构成特点,为加强儿科建设提供依据。方法对医院近3年门诊及住院未成年患者精神障碍的就诊来源及疾病分类资料进行统计分析。结果就诊来源以华北、华中地区为主,依次为北京、河北、山西、河南、山东、辽宁;门诊就诊疾病依次为精神分裂症、抽动障碍、情感障碍、情绪障碍、多动症、精神发育迟滞及行为问题;住院病人前2位的疾病累计构成为64.3%,以双相情感障碍、精神分裂症为主要病种。精神疾病构成比三年间相对稳定,但门诊及住院病人精神分裂症构成比下降,情感障碍构成比上升。结论充分发挥医院儿科优势,以危急重症、难治的重性精神病进行住院治疗,加强情感障碍的诊治工作,提高医生对多种未成年患者精神疾病的识别和治疗能力。Objective To understand the sources and disease classification constitute characteristics of minor mental illness patients in psychiatry professional hospital, to provide the basis for strengthening pediatric building. Method A retrospective statistical analysis was taken to study the sources and disease classification constitute characteristics of outpatient and inpatient minor mental illness patients for nearly three years. Results The treatment sources are mainly from the northern and central region, followed by Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Shandong, and Liaoning; Outpatient diseases are followed by schizophrenia, tic disorders, affective disorders, mood disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, mental retardation and behavioral problems; the previous two diseases of inpatient cases accounted for 64.3%, and it is bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. During the past three years, the composition of different diseases has remained relatively stable, but the percentage of schizophrenia has declined, whereas the percentage of mood disorder has increased. Conclusion Children and adolescents is influenced by social and psychological pressure and Requirements of the diagnosis and therapy of patients with mood disorder are increased. We should strengthen the diagnosis and treatment work of the emotional disorders.
