摘　　要：目的:研究STAT3、ER、PR在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测126例子宫内膜癌(Ⅰ型114例,Ⅱ型12例)和50例癌旁组织中STAT3、ER、PR的表达。结果:STAT3、ER、PR在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率均显著高于癌旁子宫内膜组织(P<0.05);在子宫内膜癌中STAT3阳性表达率与病理分级、淋巴结转移及病理分型有统计学意义(P<0.05),ER、PR阳性表达率与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移及病理分型有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:STAT3与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、转移及预后密切相关,可作为判断预后的指标和浸润的新靶点。ER、PR水平的高低对于评估预后和临床选择内分泌治疗具有指导意义。Objective：To research the expression and significance of 5TAT3,ER and PR in endolnetrial eareinoma. Methods：Adopt the method of immunohistoehelnistry to test the expression of 5TAT3, ER and PR in 126 cases of endolnetrial eareinolna （114 cases of type Ⅰ ,12 cases of type Ⅱ ） and in 50 cases of adjacent noncancerous tissue. Results：The positive expression rate of 5TAT3, ER and PR in endolnetrial carcinoma was significantly higher than in adjacent endolnetrial tissue （P 〈 0.05）. The positive expression rate of 5TAT3 in endolnetrial carcinoma showed statistical significance with pathological grading, lymphatic metastasis and pathological classification （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive expression rate of ER and PR showed statistical significance with clinical stage, pathological grading,lymphatic metastasis and pathological classification（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： 5TAT3 is closely related with the happening, development,attack,metastasis and prognosis of tmnor and can be regarded as the index of prognosis judgment and the new target of infihration. The level of ER and PR has guiding significance on the evaluation of prognosis and clinical selecting of endocrine therapy.
