摘  要:结直肠癌的发生、发展需要受多种基因的调控,人类RUNT相关转录因子3(RUNX3)和人类错配修复基因(hMSH2)在结直肠癌的发生、发展、转移及预后中起重要作用。RUNX3基因启动子区改变导致RUNX3基因转录表达下调及失活,参与多种肿瘤的发生、发展。hMSH2是错配修复基因,hMSH2蛋白在错配修复过程中通过核苷酸聚合酶而起作用,它失活后可引起复制错误的累积,从而引起突变表型,为探讨对RUNX3和hMSH2的一些相关性研究结直肠癌发生、发展机制奠定了基础。本文就国内外对RUNX3、hMSH2表达的异常与结直肠癌发生发展关系的研究进展作一综述。The occurrence and progress of colorectal neoplasms are regulated by nlany genes, Runt -related transcription factor3 (RUNX3) gene and mismatch repair gene hMSH2 play important roles in the occurrence,progress, metastasis,and prognosis of colorectul cancer. RUNX3 gene promoter region changed RUNX3 gene transcription express down - regulation and inactivation,to participate in a variety of tumor occurrence and development, hMSH2 is mismatch repair gene hMSH2 protein in the mismatch repair process through the nucleotide polylnerase to act. it can cause copy error accumulation and then come out mutat or phenotype. Some correlation are studied for RUNX3 and hMSH2 of colorectul cancer occurrence,development mechanism recently.
