摘　　要：蔓荆子(Fructus Viticis)是一种传统中药,具有抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤等功效。随着分子生物学和分子药理学的发展,中药的抗肿瘤作用在近年来成为研究的热点。现代药理研究表明,蔓荆子所含的化学成分种类丰富,包括黄酮及其苷类、挥发油、酚类、木质素类和萜类等成分,其广泛的抗肿瘤作用受到国内外学者的关注。本文将近几年来关于蔓荆子中主要成分多甲氧基黄酮、紫花牡荆素以及其他有效提取物的抗肿瘤作用及作用机制进行了整理和综述,以期为蔓荆子抗肿瘤作用在临床的开发应用提供参考。Fructus Viticis is a traditional chinese medicine with anti - inflammatory, analgesic, anti - tumor effects. With the development of molecular biology and molecular pharmacology the anti - tumor effect of traditional chinese medicine has become a research hotspot in recent years. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Fructus Viticis contained the varied chemical compositions,including flavonoids and glycosides,volatile oils,phenols,lignins,terpenes and other ingredients,its broad anti - tumor effect by domestic and foreign scholars. This article has collated and summarized the anti - tumor effect and mechanism about Fructus Viticis main ingredient Polymethoxylated Flavones, casticin and other effective extracts in recent years,in order to provide a reference to its anti -tmnor effects in clinical application.
