摘　　要：高校体育文化是生存于高校这一特定环境中的一种文化精神现象,肩负着终身体育的教育使命。高校体育文化具有娱乐性特征、全面教育性特征和时代性特征,研究高校体育文化对大学生意志品质的影响、对体育文化发展的影响,具有重大现实意义。At present, Chinese colleges pay wildspread attention to cultural courses and ignore the role of sports culture construction in higher education, neglect of campus sport culture on cultivating college students mental willpower. Therefore this analysis is necessary which focuses to the factors influencing the development of sports culture in universities of Heilongjiang province. This paper consists of the following components： Study of effect of College physical education culture on college students ＂ willpower, concise explanation of factors influencing the development Of sports culture. Point out that college sports culture is kind of cultural spirit phenomenon survive in that particular environment in colleges and universities, shouldering the lifelong physical education mission. Char- acteristics of physical culture in colleges and universities is entertaining, comprehensive education characteristics and age characteristics etc. analyse the composition of the sports culture and influrencing factors.
