绿色再制造拆解技术及其在混凝土泵车中的应用

摘　　要：拆解是绿色再制造工程的重要组成部分,直接关系到产品再制造的质量和成本。如何获得高效率和低成本的拆卸方法是废旧产品再制造需解决的关键问题之一。介绍拆解的内涵、意义和拆卸的分类;归纳总结目前常用的拆卸方法并比较分析各自优缺点,对各种拆卸方法的资源环境属性进行初步的分析;结合某型号混凝土泵车臂架系统的再制造拆解过程,介绍臂架系统拆解的内涵,部分连接件的拆卸方法和目前工程应用中臂架的拆卸序列,并针对拆卸方法和拆卸序列提出改进建议;最后指出泵车现有拆卸方法的不足,提出较为先进的绿色再制造拆解技术。A new concept of Remanufacture and Disassembly and their usage.The term disassembly is an important integrant in the remanufacture engineering that has a direct relationship with quality and cost of products' remanufacture.Therefore,how to disassemble items at a high efficiency and low cost is one of the critical issues in remanufacturing salvage products.In this way the text introduces what are the subject elements and significance,and how to classify the disassembly,while summing up the disassembling methods as used at present and comparing their advantages and disadvantages,along with primary analyses of types of methods in terms of their resources environment and attributes.The text steps further to introduce processes in the disassembly and remanufacture in consideration of a concrete pump truck's boom frame system and detailed items in a serial order before improvement suggestions proposed therefore.Finally,we pointed out what left to be desired in the present concrete pump truck demolition while putting forward advanced green disassembling and remanufacturing.
