摘　　要：盆腔淋巴囊肿是妇科恶性肿瘤盆腔淋巴结清扫术后常见的并发症之一,临床上治疗方法较多,但效果不甚理想。尽可能在手术中预防淋巴囊肿的发生,其临床意义可能更大。文章对妇科恶性肿瘤盆腔淋巴结清扫术后发生淋巴囊肿的机制及治疗方法作一综述。Pelvic lymphocyst is one of the common post-operative complications with pelvic lymph node dissection in patients with gynecological malignancy.There are many treatment modalities in use for lymphoeyst,the result is unsatisfactory with most of them. Therefore,pre- vention for pelvic lymphocyst during surgery seems to play more important role. The pathogene- sis and treatment for pelvic lymphocyst post pelvic lymph node dissection are reviewed.
