摘　　要：不缺眼界、不缺格局、不缺战略的乐观，到底是颤覆者、创新者还是机会主义者？When Beijing LeTV Mobile Media & Technology Co., Ltd., an online video portal in China decided to build its super TV, everyone believed the company was making a mistake; even when its Super TV was announced on May 7, 2013, people still consider it as a stunt. Subtle changes took place after the Super TV product was demonstrated and the ecology of LeTV was introduced: people started to inquire about it. When the first batch of Super TV was sold out in July, 2013, companies started to follow up by announcing into this field or even introducing their products. LeTV is making television in a completely new way, and reactions from the market and competitors is the best approval for their idea. Jia Yueting, founder and board chairman of LeTV, felt his way against unprecedented obstructions. 'Painful indeed, but I feel very glad and satisfied', said Jia. What's behind him and his empire of LeTV is the belief that the Internet will eventually overturn the traditional TV industry. To overturn means to see what others cannot see. In the Internet times, information spreads extremely fast while the customers have high expectation for experience; product lifecycles are calculated in months and weeks rather than years; bugs are permitted, but perfection is still important. Jia Yueting's idea is to focus on users and let users 'completely own the brand'. This is the strategy. Some people admires his ambitions while some says he's daydreaming. LeTV has the sight, layout and strategy, and 'the biggest risks we're facing are whether the resources will match up and the capability of our team will follow up', says Jia Yueting. No matter what the result will be, it is still lucky for Jia Yueting and his empire of LeTV to live in this extraordinary times.
