恩丹西酮与胃复安合用缓解化疗后消化道反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察恩丹西酮与胃复安合用缓解化疗后消化道反应的临床效果。方法将 99例患者随机分为两组，恩丹西酮与胃复安合用 51例患者为观察组，应用胃复安的 48例患者为对照组。结果观察组的有效率为 88％，对照组有效率为 30％，两组有显著性差异 P< 0.01。结论恩丹西酮与胃复安合用缓解化疗后消化道反应效果显著，且方法简便、易行。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ondasetron and metoclopramide on relief of the adverse reaction of chemotherapy. Methods 99 subjects were divided into two groups,51 cases in the experimental group were treated with both ondasetron and metoclopramide while 48 in control group with metoclopramide alone.Recults The effective rate of the experimental group was 88％ ,but that of control group 30％ .Conclusion The combined use of ondadetron and metoclopramide to treat side effect of digestive tract is effective and easy obviously.
