企业社会网络关系嵌入对技术创新能力影响的实证研究——基于不同技术创新阶段的视角

摘　　要：本文研究了社会网络关系嵌入对企业技术创新能力的影响,构建了关系嵌入对技术创新能力作用机制的结构方程模型,提出知识吸收转化、技术交流合作以及外部创新资源支持是关系嵌入对技术创新能力产生正向影响的三个中间变量。基于不同技术创新阶段的视角,分析了关系嵌入对不同阶段企业影响的差异。通过浙江省信息产业的实证分析,验证了本文提出的模型,社会网络关系嵌入的质量、强度和持久度,均能对技术创新能力产生显著的正向影响。不同技术创新阶段企业的三项关系嵌入指标影响程度不一,但存在一定规律性。This article studied the impacts of social network relational embeddedness on enterprise technology innovation ability,constructed the structural equation model( SEM) of the mechanism between relational embeddedness and technology innovation ability,and pointed out that the knowledge absorption and transformation,technical exchanges and cooperation as well as external resources support were three intermediate variables in the model. Basing on the perspective of different technological innovation stages,the paper analyzed different impacts of relational embeddedness on the enterprises in different stages. Through the empirical analysis of the information industry in Zhejiang Province,the proposed model was verified. The quality, strength and durability of social network relational embeddedness all have significant positive impacts on technological innovation ability. Three relational embeddedness indices have different impacts on different stages of technological innovation,but also some certain rules.
