摘　　要：间变性大细胞淋巴瘤（anaplastic large cell lymphomas,ALCL）属于非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一种特殊类型,约占非霍奇金淋巴瘤的2%-8%,属于侵袭性淋巴瘤。Stein等〔1〕最初于1985年对其命名,并描述了其组织学特征。A patient of connective tissue diseases with primary bone anaplastic large cell lymphoma was re- ported and related literatures were reviewed.The patient was given chemotherapy alone and achieved hematologic and imaging complete remission,then was still in the follow-up period.
