摘　　要：目的　探讨腹腔镜经腹膜后治疗肾囊肿的手术途径及临床效果。方法　 1996年 4月至 1999年 6月采用腹腔镜经腹膜后途径肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗 2 4例。结果　 2 4例患者 ,手术成功 2 3例 ,1例失败。囊肿大小4.5 cm～ 7cm,平均手术时间 75 min,术后随访 3月至 3年 ,无 1例复发。结论　腹腔镜经腹膜后治疗肾囊肿是一种较安全有效的方法 ,创伤小、恢复快、痛苦小。Objective To evaluate the operative way and clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for treatment of renal cyst.Methods Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery was carried out for 24 cases of renal cyst from Apr.1996 to Jun 1999.Results Twenty three cases had been successfully cured except 1 patient.The cyst size ranged from 4.5～7 cm.The operative procedure took around 75 minutes.After 3～36 months follow up,we observed the disappearance of all renal cysts.Conclusion This method is better because of the less trauma,little postoperative discomfort and quick recovery.So thes method is safe and effective.
