台湾地区食品标签标准及其管理机制研究

摘　　要：食品标签标准是保障食品安全的重要措施,其管理及标准体系建设在国际上日益得到广泛关注。台湾地区在各界努力下,借鉴国际管理体系,逐步完善了食品标签标准制度并实施科学管理。为更好地了解台湾地区食品标签标准及其管理制度,为中国大陆标签标准化管理提供借鉴,本文系统阐述了台湾地区食品标签标准的构架体系、主要内容、管理机制及对中国大陆的借鉴作用。As a useful and important way for protecting food safety, labeling standards for food have aroused o wide attention around the world, together with standard system building. Under the joint efforts from all walks of life, Toiwan, on the basis of borrowing international management system, has gradually improved the system of food labeling standards and applied it into reality with scientific management. For o better understanding of Taiwan labeling standards for food and their management system, from which the labeling standardization management in the mainland learns, the structure and main idea of Taiwan labeling standards for food hove been systematically analyzed, together with the management scheme and what the mainland can learn.
