摘　　要：依托EndNote管理软件提出建立骨质疏松中医调护专题文献库的构想。介绍EndNote管理软件的功能,阐明建库的意义和目的,提出基本建库思路,包括创建EndNote图书馆、广泛收集文献、完善检索功能、建立子库目录、加强日常维护等。Based on the EndNote software, the paper proposes the idea to construct special literature database about osteoporosis traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing. By introducing the function of EndNote management software, it purposes the significance, objectives and basic ideas of database construction, including constructing EndNote library, collecting literatures widely, perfecting retrieval function, constructing sub -database catalog, strengthening routine maintenance, etc.
