依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血管内皮细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将86例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组予依达拉奉30mg加入生理盐水100mL,2次/d静滴,观察组在上述基础上加用尤瑞克林0.15PNA加入生理盐水250mL,1次/d静滴;14d为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标和血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的变化。结果:治疗后观察组血液流变学指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组VEGF和NO表达均较治疗前增强,与对照组比较,观察组有显著增加,与治疗前和对照组同期相比,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:与依达拉奉单药治疗相比,依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死可明显改善患者血液流变学指标,提高患者血清VEGF和NO水平,从而达到治疗的目的。Objective. To explore the influence of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on blood rheology and the function of vascular endothelial ceils in the treatment of acute cerebral infarc- tion. Methods： A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received edaravone 30 mg join saline 100 mL, 2 times/d intravenously, the ob- servation group had combinantion of urinary kallidinogenase 0.15 PNA and saline 250 mL, 1 times/d in- travenously on the basis of the above. The course was 14 days. The rheology indexes and the level of VEGF, NO were measured before and after treatment. Results= After treatment, the rheology indexes were reduced significantly （P〈0.05） in the observation group; the levels of VEGF and NO in serum were significantly elevated after treatment in two groups. There were significant differences compared with be- fore treatment （P〈0.05） and the control group in the observation group. There were no significant adverse reactions in patients. Conclusion： It is indicated that compared with edaravone, nase combined with edaravone has better efficacy on acute cerebral infarction; they improve rheology indexes and the level of VEGF, NO in serum.
