摘　　要：本文综述了以廉价农产品——谷、麦、马铃薯淀粉和动植物油脂为起始原料衍生的一些新型非离子表面活性剂,诸如烷基多苷(APG)、N-烷酰基-N-甲基葡萄糖胺(MeGA)、聚氧乙烯植物甾醇、聚氧乙烯胆甾醇等的合成原理、制备工艺及应用。The preparation and applications oi some novel nonionic surtactants, such as aJKyl polyglyco-sides (APG), N-acyl-N-methyl glucamine (MeGA), polyoxyethyhene phytosterols, and polyoxyethylene cholesterols etc, were reviewed. These nonionic surfactants derived from cheap agriculture-based raw materials, e.g. starch from corn, wheat, or potatoes, and oils and fats of plants and animal sources. The surfactants derived from glucose have positive environmental image, therefor they have been named 'green' surfactants.
