便秘患者242例精神心理特点及相关因素分析

摘　　要：为探讨便秘患者的精神心理特点及相关因素分析，本研究应用症状自评量表SCL-90对242例功能性便秘患者的精神心理情况进行评价，并应用SPSS17．0软件对便秘患者异常精神心理状态的相关因素进行分析。结果显示，精神心理正常77例，异常165例。异常精神心理类型依次为：焦虑89例，抑郁49例，强迫11例，躯体化7例，人际关系5例，敌对3例，偏执1例。无恐怖、精神病性。异常精神心理与患者性别、年龄、职业均有一定关系，P〈0．05。结果表明，大多数功能性便秘患者都存在异常精神心理，临床中应根据患者性别、年龄、职业等给予有针对性的心理干预。This study was to investigate the mental psychology situation features of the constipation pa- tients, and to analyse their relevant factors. In this study the mental psychology situation of 242 patients with constipation was evaluated by using self-rating score for symptoms SCL-90;and the relevant factors of abnormal mental psychology situation were analysed by using SPSS 17.0 software. As results, among 242 patients 77 were of normal situation,165 of abnormal situation which the type of 89 were of anxiety,49 of depression, 11 of compulsion, 7 of somatization, 5 of interpersonal relationship, 3 of hostility, 1 of paranoia, but without phobic type and psychotic type; besides, abnormal mental psychology situation was related to patient＇s sex,age and job,certainly（ P〈0.05）. Results show that the majority of patients with functional constipation have abnormal mental psychology situation,hence it should be giving psychology intervention in the light of their sex,age and job clinically.
