摘  要:某车型搭载的1.8L自然吸气式发动机在市场上出现启动不连续的问题。为解决此问题,本文详细分析了与发动机启动相关的因素,在理论分析的基础上,通过试验对比的手段进行了逐一验证。结果表明,造成发动机启动不连续的原因为发动机驱动盘尺寸错误,导致转速传感器信号错误,引起ECU点火时刻错误,最终导致发动机启动不连续。针对该故障原因,提出了优化驱动盘尺寸的方案。经试验验证,该方案能有效解决发动机启动不连续的问题。The discontinuous start-up of 1.8L naturally-aspirated engine in a specific car is found on the market.To solve the above problem,the factors related to engine start-up are particularly analyzed.Based on the theoretical analysis,the validation is performed one by one via test and comparison.The result shows that the reason for discontinuous engine start-up is wrong drive disc size,which leads to signal error of speed sensor and wrong ignition timing of ECU,finally causing discontinuous engine start-up.Therefore,the solution is presented to optimize the drive disc size.The test validation indicates that this solution can effectively solve the discontinuous engine start-up.
