摘　　要：技术资本与企业价值相关,技术资本的价值创造属性使其成为价值变动的根本性因素。以技术资本为价值驱动因子对价值创造机理和途径进行探讨,阐述了价值导向技术资本管理的概念及内涵,提出了集成模型,为企业竞争优势的培育和可持续发展提供理论支撑。Technology capital becomes the key factors in value creation. We explore technology capital as the value- driven factor to discuss the mechanisms and approaches of value creation ; elaborate the concept and connotation of value-o- riented technology capital management; propose factor model which provide theoretical support for the cultivation of compet- itive advantage and sustainable development.
