摘　　要：运用文献资料法及影像测量法,对我国优秀男子标枪运动员最后用力的左侧支撑技术进行分析,结果表明,左腿在前插支撑速度合理,且采用"扒地"式着地,左侧髋、肩制动形式有平缓型、快速型与曲线型3种;左髋部肌群能够进行积极有效收缩,但左腿的支撑与蹬伸能力较差则限制了运动员水平的发挥.The paper makes an analysis of the supporting skills of a good Chinese javelin thrower’s left leg in the final attempt by the methods of literature and image measurement. Results show that the forwarding supporting speed of the left leg is reasonable, with the left foot“pawing”the ground;that there are three controlling types of the left hips and shoulders：flat type, fast type and curved type;that the muscles of the left leg can constrict positively and effectively, but the wrong uses of supporting and kicking of the left leg may limit the level of the javelin thrower.
