普通高校开展舞龙舞狮运动的可行性探析——以安徽科技学院为例

摘　　要：安徽科技学院具有充分的场地资源、庞大的学生群体、健全的教育管理体系等优势,有利于舞龙舞狮运动的开展.开展舞龙舞狮运动也有利于培养学生团结协作能力,促进身心健康发展;有利于促进高校体育课程深化改革;有利于丰富校园文化生活;有利于弘扬民族传统文化.所以学校应以丰富校园文化生活、增强学生体质为目的,开展舞龙舞狮公选课程;正确看待学生体质较差与提升运动成绩之间的关系;建立与市场相结合的发展模式等,以期为学校舞龙舞狮运动的顺利开展提供理论参考.Anhui Science and Technology University has advantages of full place resources, large group of students and sound education management system, which is good for carrying out dragon dance and lion dance. Meanwhile, carrying out dragon dance and lion dance is good for cultivating students’ cooperation and coordination abilities, promoting the healthy development of their mind and body, deepening the reform of collegiate physical education curriculum, enriching cultural campus life, and carrying forward the traditional culture. Therefore, colleges must open elective courses of dragon dance and lion dance to enrich cultural campus life and strengthen students’ physical fitness, have a correct view of the relationship of student’ poor physique fitness and the improvement of sports performance, and establish the development model suited to the market. It is hoped to provide theoretical reference for carrying out the dragon dance and lion dance movement successfully.
