摘　　要：循证医学教学法（EBM）和Seminar教学法目前被证明是教育系统科学的、常用的教学方法，尤其是在医学教育中起到了举足轻重的作用。本文主要探讨了将EBM联合Seminar教学的模式成功厘用于住院医师规范化培训的过程，并取得了一定的成效，为住院医师高质量完成规范化培训积累了一定经验。EBM and Seminar teaching has been proved to be the common and scientific method,which has widely been used in the education system and played an important role in medical education.This paper explored the way of EBM combined Seminar teaching,which has successfully been used in the standardized residency training program.This experience can well develop the standardized residency program in the future.
