摘　　要：在对创新型企业发展优势辨析的基础上,根据创新投入、创新环境与创新产出形成的非线性创新过程主线,归纳和分析了影响创新型企业创新发展的关键因素,运用个体固定效应面板数据模型对创新影响因素进行实证研究,并从企业和政府两个层面提出了创新型企业发展和建设的对策建议。Based on the analysis of development advantages of innovative enterprises, according to the main nonlinear process of innovation input, innovation environment and innovation output, this paper summarizes and analyzes the key factors affecting the innovation and development of innovative enterprises, uses the individual fixed effect panel data model to do empirical research on influencing factors of innovation; and puts forward countermeasures about the development and construction of innovative enterprises from two aspects of the enterprises and government.
