摘　　要：目的:利用CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作的玻璃陶瓷嵌体、全冠的临床效果。方法:选取45例患者,依据CEREC操作流程完成全瓷修复体共58个,修复后观察期至少为6个月。结果:制作的玻璃陶瓷修复体颜色及形态能较好地模拟天然牙形态,试戴顺利,邻接关系及咬合关系好,在观察期内未发现修复体折裂。结论:CEREC椅旁全瓷系统能够快速制作出精确的修复体,临床效果令人满意。Objective The clinical results of all-ceramic inlays and crowns produced by CEREC chairside CAD/CAM systems.Methods Choosing 45 patients,according to the operation process completion of the CEREC systems,we fabricated 58 restorations,and the repair observation period was at least six months.Results The all-ceramic restorations＇ color and shape simulated the natural tooth well,tring in all right,the adjacency relationships and occlusal relationship were good,there were not prosthesis fracture during the observation period.Conclusion CEREC chairside all-ceramic systems can quickly create accurate restoration,the clinical effect is satisfactory.
