高海拔地区口腔正畸治疗面临的挑战和对策

摘　　要：本文通过3年来治疗的100例高海拔地区口腔正畸患者总结了在高海拔地区开展口腔正畸治疗所面临的挑战:复诊时间难以保证,常伴随严重的牙周病变,正畸材料特性发生变化,正畸医生短缺。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的对策,即与内地医院加强合作,开展口腔卫生宣教,科学保存正畸材料及高原和内地正畸医生的双向交流。Through 3 years in 100 patients with orthodontic treatment in high altitude areas,we found challenges for orthodontic treatment in high altitude areas：the referral time it is difficult to guarantee;often associated with severe periodontal disease;orthodontic material characteristics changes,and shortage of orthodontic doctors.In response to these issues,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures：strengthen co-operation with the Mainland hospital,conducting oral health education;scientifically preservation orthodontic materials and two-way exchange of orthodontic doctors between highland and the mainland.
