超强纤维带联合流动树脂弹性固定夹板在儿童牙病外伤固定的长期效果

摘　　要：目的：考察超强纤维带联合流动树脂弹性固定夹板在儿童牙病外伤固定的长期效果.方法：收集2010年1月～2010年12月在我院治疗因外伤导致的牙齿Ⅱ ～ Ⅲ°松动或不完全脱位牙患儿76例,随机分为牙弓夹板固定组40例和超强纤维带联合流动树脂弹性组36例.结果：两组2周复诊后GI、PLI、SBI有显著差异（P＜0.05）;2年随访,牙弓夹板固定组和超强纤维带联合流动树脂弹性组的总有效例有显著差异（P＜0.05）.结论：超强纤维带联合流动树脂弹性是儿科牙病外伤固定的有效方法.Objective To explore the effects of elastic binding fixed technology combined with resin on trauma loose tooth.Methods 76 children patients with randomly was divided into 2 groups：36cases of test group,and 40 cases of control group.Test group used belt of strong fiber and flow resin elastic fixed splinting with teeth,control group used dental arch splintage method fixed with traumatic loose teeth.Results Reset fixed after 2 weeks,gingival index （GI）,plaque index （PLI） and sulcus bleeding index （SBI）,in 2 groups were different（P＜0.05）.And 2 years later,the test group had better effects than control group.Conclusion Elastic binding fixed technology combined with resin is helpful for treat trauma loose tooth.
