摘　　要：目的：总结儿童牙源性口底蜂窝织炎的临床特点及诊疗经验.方法：对我院2004 ～ 2012年收治的8例牙源性口底蜂窝织炎患儿的发病特点及诊治情况进行回顾性分析.结果：8例牙源性口底蜂窝织炎患儿经抗感染治疗及脓肿切开引流等治疗后全部治愈.结论：要重视儿童牙源性口底蜂窝织炎的预防,其治疗中及早治疗病灶牙以及及早切开引流至关重要.Objectire To summarize the clinical features and treatment experience of children odontogenic cellulitis of Mouth Floor.Methods Eight cases of children odontogenic cellulitis of Mouth Floor from 2004 to 2012 in our hospital were chosen.Clinical features and treatment situation of them were analyzed retrospectively.Results Eight children with odontogenic cellulitis of Mouth Floor were all cured by anti-infection treatment,abscess incision drainage and other treatment.Conclusion We should attach importance to the prevention of children odontogenic cellulitis of Mouth Floor.It is important to treat the lesions tooth and incision drainage as soon as possible.
