摘　　要：细胞自噬作为细胞程序性死亡的一种类型,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关.本文根据近年来细胞自噬在肝细胞癌中的研究成果,首先说明了细胞自噬的定义和机制,着重总结了细胞自噬在肝细胞癌发生中的作用,对化疗、放疗的疗效影响以及针对细胞自噬的新药研发成果,并重点分析了细胞自噬作用的两重性.This review discusses the relationship between autophagy and hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）.It will focus on the definition and mechanism of autophagy,the effects of autophagy on carcinogenesis,the reaction that chemotherapy and radiotherapy have on autophagy,developments of novel therapeutic methods aimed at autophagy,and will emphasize the bipolar role of autophagy in HCC.
