加味四逆泻心汤对胃癌根治术后患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药加味四逆泻心汤预防胃癌根治术后复发转移的临床疗效。方法将52例胃癌根治术后患者随机分为处理组和对照组,处理组治疗采用加味四逆泻心汤合并FOLFOX4方案化疗,对照组采用FOLFOX4方案化疗,观察两组半年、1、2、3年累计生存率及复发转移率。结果处理组2、3年累计生存率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);处理组1、2、3年累计复发转移率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味四逆泻心汤可以通过降低胃癌根治术后的复发转移,提高生存率。Objective To observe the effect of Modified Sini Xiexin decoction in prevention of gastric cancer recur- rence and metastasis. Methods Gastric cancer patients with radical gastrectomy from Jan. 2009 to Jan. 2012 were en- rolled in this experiment. 52 patients with radical operation of gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. FOLFOX4 chemotherapy combined with Modified Jiawei Sini xiexin decoction were used in treatment group, and the control group was treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy. The patients were followed up after three years, survival rates and recurrence rate of six months, 1-year, 2-year, 3-year were recorded. Results The follow up time was 2 - 4 years, with an average of 2 - 3 years, Chinese medicine average treatment time was 23.2 months, with an average of 4.5 cycles of chemotherapy. The cumulative survival rates of 2, 3 years in treatment group were higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Cumulative recurrence rates of 1, 2, 3 years in treatment group were lower than those in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified Sini Xiexin de- coction combined with chemotherapy may decrease postoperative recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer, improve survival rate.
