摘  要:目的研究口腔鳞状细胞癌(oralsquamouscellcarcinoma,OSCC)组织的表达差异基因.方法检索基因表达谱汇编数据库(geneexpressionomnibus,GEO)中OSCC相关的芯片数据,采用归一化方法整合数据.用监督性分类法对有表达趋势的数据进行t检验,筛选显著差异基因,并分析其功能、相互作用及相关信号通路.结果GEO数据库中共收录1125条OSCC相关芯片数据,其中4个被挑选并整合为一个大样本数据,从中检测出233个表达差异基因(P<0.05),并选出100个特征基因.特征基因多涉及细胞表面和细胞之间的生物学活动,其相互作用及信号通路主要与细胞有丝分裂相关.结论OSCC特征基因及信号通路不仅为深入研究发病机制提供了重要线索,也为有效诊断和治疗疾病提供了必要的指导.Objective To study the differently expressed genes of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) tissue.Methods Gene expression datasets related to oral squamous cell carcinoma in the gene expression omnibus (gene expression omnibus,GEO)repository were retrieved.Datasets were merged by normalization.Significantly expressed genes were obtained by statistical methods,and genes' functions,interactions,signaling pathways were analyzed accordingly.Results In GEO,there were 1 125 records related to OSCC,and four of them were selected and merged to a super array data,within the super array data,233 genes were significantly expressed(P 〈 0.05),and the top 100 significantly expressed genes were selected as signature genes.Signature genes were more related to cell surface or cell-cell interactive activities.Clusters of interactive signature genes and the related signaling pathways were related with mitosis process.Conclusions OSCC signature genes and the corresponding signaling pathways will provide not only an important clue for further research of the disease,but also reference for diagnosis and treatment.
