运用国产安必平与进口TCT耗材行宫颈液基细胞学检查的检测效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比观察国产安必平与进口TCT耗材行宫颈液基细胞学检查的检测效果。方法选取500例符合条件的患者同时采用两种耗材进行宫颈液基细胞学检查。阳性诊断包括意义不明的不典型鳞状细胞(ASC-US)以上病变。细胞学诊断阳性者,全部在阴道镜下取宫颈组织作病理检查。结果国产安必平与进口TCT耗材阳性率分别为14.4%(72/500)、15.2%(76/500),鳞状上皮内高度以上病变(>HSIL)相同,均为0.8%(4/500);鳞状上皮低度病变(LSIL)分别为3.8%(19/500)、4.0%(20/500),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用国产安必平与进口TCT耗材行宫颈液基细胞学检查,检测效果大致相同,但国产安必平耗材成本大大降低,值得推广。] Objective To compare the detective effects of two kinds of materials （homemade LBP and imported TCT） in cervical hquid-based cytological tests. Methods 500 patients were performed cervical liquid-based cytological test by using two kinds of materials at the same time. All LCT （ liquid-based cytological test） ≥ atypical squamous cells of undetermined sign （ASC-US） was considered as positive results, those would be performed biopsy in colposcopy. Results The positive rate of two kinds of materials were 14.4 % （72/500）, 15.2 % （76/500） respectively, and the concordance rate of LCT 〉 HSIL were 0. 8% （4/500）, the LSIL were 3.8% （19/500） , 4. 0% （20/500） respectively, which showed no significant difference in Statistics （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effects of two kinds of materials were roughly same in cervical liquid-based cyto- logical tests, but the homemade LBP material is cheaper notably than imported TCT, so homemade LBP material is worth to pop- ularize in China.
