非学历教育师资队伍建设与管理对策的思考——以广西北海市广播电视大学数字化学习中心为例

摘　　要：发展成人非学历教育是推进学习型社会建设的重要途径,也是适应知识经济快速发展的必然要求。文章分析了广西北海市广播电视大学数字化学习中心成人非学历教育师资队伍建设现状及存在问题,并对如何加强非学历教育师资队伍的建设与管理进行思考,提出了相关建议及措施。The development of non-academic adult education is an important way to promote the construction of a learning soci-ety.It is also an adaption to the rapidly developing knowledge-based economy.This article analyzes the present situation and problems with the teaching staff construction of digital learning centers of Beihai Radio＆amp;TV University,Guangxi.Besides,the problem of how to enforce the teaching staff construction and management in non-academic education has also been discussed and related measures have been put forward.
