摘　　要：高校教学管理是教学工作的导向,对教师的教学行为具有指导作用,对高等院校教学质量具有决定作用。笔者分析了高校教学管理存在的问题,并提出了能提高教学质量的教学管理改革的对策。The teaching management of university is the guide of teaching. It can conduct the teaching of the teachers and decide the quality of teaching in university. The author analyzed the matters that the teaching management of university existed and proposed the methods that can improve the quality of teaching on the reformation of teaching management.
