清华国学院助教的聘用机制及其双重身份——以赵万里、浦江清为重心

摘　　要：清华国学院存在的四年内,先后为导师王国维、梁启超、赵元任、陈寅恪和讲师李济等人聘请赵万里、梁廷灿、蒋善国、章昭煌、王庸、余永梁、浦江清等为助教。他们进入国学院后,一方面负责为导师检阅书籍、准备授课、抄写文稿等,另一方面也得到各位导师的指点,继续深造学业,兼具"工作助理"与"私淑弟子"的双重身份,传承清华国学院的学术薪火,在日后亦多有建树。清华国学院助教聘用机制的成功,为今天大学的助教配备,提供了可资借鉴的范例。There were seven assistants, namely Zhao Wanli, Liang Tingcan, Jiang Shanguo, Zhang Zhaohuang, Wang Yong, Yu Y ongliang and Pu Jiangqing, serving for tutors such as Liang Qichao, Wang Guowei, Chen Yinke, Zhao Yuanren and Liji in ACL （The Academy of Chinese Learning） of Tsinghua University. In fact, they played double roles in ACL. On the one hand, they acted as an assistant, preparing references, helping teaching and copying manuscripts, and etc. , while on the other hand, they turned into the disciple of the tutor, continuing their learning and study on Chinese culture. Therefore, they transmitted the academic tradition of ACL and attained outstanding achievements in their study fields. In short, the system of employing assistants in ACL proves to be a success, which serves as a good example for the employment of assistants in the university nowadays.
