基于扩展ELES模型的福建城镇居民边际消费倾向研究

摘　　要：通过扩展ELES模型和面板数据,对福建省城镇居民在边际消费倾向情况进行研究。结果表明:福建省城镇居民的人均生存需求总额为7178.52元,最低收入户的收入不能满足其生存需求;而中等收入群体的边际消费倾向有很大的增长潜力;福建省整体对医疗保健方面的消费倾向偏低。基于此,福建省应加强基本生活保障和医疗保健方面的建设,同时适度提高中等收入群体的收入水平,从而实现消费拉动经济增长的目标。By extending the ELES model and panel data, Fujian Province, urban residents tend to conduct research in the marginal consumption. The results show that： the total demand per capita of urban residents living in Fujian Province was 7178.52 yuan, the income of the lowest income households can not meet their needs for survival; rather marginal propensity to consume middle-income groups have great potential for growth; Fujian Province＇s overall medical care propensity to consume is low. Based on this, Fujian Province, to strengthen basic subsistence and health care aspects of construction, while moderately raise the income level of middle-income groups, consumer-driven economic growth in order to achieve the goal.
