摘　　要：过程控制实验是过程控制工程课的重要教学环节,对提高学生专业技能、理论水平、实践能力和创新精神具有非常重要的作用。本文提出了实验工程化的目标、使用一种实验装置完成多种控制系统实验项目,包括单回路、串级、前馈—反馈、选择、比值等。合适的实验装置功能是提高实践教学质量的重要保证。Process control experiment is an important teaching link of Process Control Engineering course. It plays a very important role in improving the professional skills of the students, upgrading their level of theory and stimulating their practical ability and innovative spirit. This paper proposes the goal of the experiment engineering, the use of an experimental device to complete a variety o{ control system ex- perimental items, including single loop, cascade, forward- feedback, selection and ratio and so on. The function of the appropriate experimental device is the guarantee of the quality of practice teaching.
