摘　　要：简述农业科研院所中层干部队伍的作用,提出农业科研院所中层干部能力基本要求,为提高中层干部的综合能力提供参考。According to the basic capacity requirements for mid-level cadres at agricultural institutes, proposed the general requirements of＇retreat to be solid, pragmatic to be specific＂, annotated the essential meaning and the dialectical relationship ＂between＂ , ＂retreat＂ and ＂pragmatic＂ . Required expanded ＂retreat＂ capacity, promoted ＂pragmatic＂ style, positive thinking, was good at summing things and tolerating capacity and other aspects.
