摘　　要：随着物流行业的不断发展,各物流企业对物流人才梯队培养的重视力度不断加大,人才需求不断迫切。同时,培养大学生群体的职业素质,提高其实践技能,这是高等教育的一项重要培养目标。通过对高等院校设立实验室和企业实践基地人才培养模式的剖析,比较二者在教学内容、教学效果方面的差异,对提升高等院校实践教学水平提出几点建议。With the development of the logistics industry,the logistics enterprises of logistics talent echelon,paying more attention to the cultivation of talent demand constantly increasing. At the same time,cultivate students occupation quality,improve their practical skills,which is an important goal of higher education. This paper analyzes the establishment of laboratories and enterprise practice base personnel training model of institutions of higher learning,differences between the two persons in teaching contents,ways,put forward to promote higher education practice teaching level advice.
