摘　　要：物流产业发展需要大量高素质技能型物流人才。文中提出了现阶段我国高技能物流人才体现了供需矛盾突出、人才流动频繁、企业内部培训不足以及行业性不明显等特点。还从岗位分析入手,提出了高技能物流人才应具备的专业知识和专业技能。并从产教结合,共同开发物流岗位技能标准;校企合作,改革高技能物流人才培养模式;丰富手段,加快物流专业"双师型"师资队伍建设;创新机制,共同建设职业教育实训基地等方面提出了加强高技能物流人才培养的建议和思考。The development of logistics industry needs a large number of high-quality skilled personnel. This paper presents that the current high skills of logistics personnel in China reflects the following features,such as the contradiction between supply and demand,frequent flow of personnel,shortage of internal training and unobvious industry characteristics. But also from the job analysis,the paper puts forward the professional knowledge and skills that highly skilled logistics personnel should possess,and appoints some advices from the combination of production and teaching,school-enterprise cooperation,reform the pattern of training high skilled logistics personnel,abundant means to speed up the logistics professional ＂double type＂ teachers team construction and innovative mechanisms to jointly build a vocational education training base.
