海南医学生中口腔假丝酵母菌分布情况的初步调查

摘　　要：目的调查海南医学院内出生本岛和出生内地人群口腔假丝酵母菌的分布情况,为口腔假丝酵母菌的分布、分子生物学的特点及其他方面研究提供基础资料。方法根据分离出的假丝酵母菌经过菌落特征、革兰染色和显色培养基培养试验等,进行初步鉴定,了解医学生中不同地区人群口腔内白色假丝酵母菌的分布情况。结果海南与出生内地人群口腔假丝酵母菌的总分离率为19.63%(53/270),白假丝酵母菌占24.53%、热带假丝酵母菌占11.32%、光滑假丝酵母菌占41.51%、克柔假丝酵母菌占18.87%、其他假丝酵母菌占3.77%。海南本地与内陆地区人群口腔念珠菌分离率分别为17.54%和21.15%。结论健康人口腔中有多种条件致病酵母菌的寄生。出生于海南本地与内陆地区的健康人群口腔假丝酵母菌的分离率近似相等,分离出的口腔假丝酵母菌类型相等。Objective：To study on the distribution of candidas species in oral cavity of the subjects between Hainan area and Inland. Methods：The isolated swabs were identified by colony characteristics,gram stain and chromotest. Results： The detectable rate of candida in oral cavity of Hainan and Inland population was 19.63%（53/270）.Among these 53 strains, 13 were C.albicans （24.53%）, 6 were C.tropicalis（ll.32%）,22 were C.glahrata（41.51%）,10 were C.krusei（18.87%）,2 were Other Candida（3.77%）.Conclusion： There were multiple conditioned pathogenic Yeasts in oral cavity of healthy population. The detectable rates and types of candida in oral cavity of Hainan and Inland healthy population are approximately equal.
