摘  要:目的探讨乳腺浸润性微乳头状癌中CD44v6和LN-R蛋白的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测57例乳腺浸润性微乳头状癌中CD44v6和LN-R蛋白的表达情况。结果 CD44v6和LNR蛋白的表达率分别是73.6%(42/57)、79.8%(46/57),与正常乳腺组织比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),其在Ⅱ-Ⅲ级IMPC中表达显著高于Ⅰ级(P<0.05),在超过3个淋巴结转移的IMPC中的表达显著高于不超过3个淋巴结转移的IMPC(P<0.05),不同年龄组、肿瘤所占比例组之间比较无明显差异性(P>0.05),CD44v6和LN-R蛋白的表达无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论 CD44v6和LN-R蛋白在IMPC中高表达,组织学级别越高或淋巴结转移数越多,其表达越高。Objective To investigate the CD44v6 and LN-R protein expression in the invasive micro-papillary carcinoma ( IMPC) of breast and the relation with clinical pathological feature .Methods Immunohis-tochemistry SP method was used to examine the expression of CD 44 v6 and LN-R protein in 57 cases of IMPC of breast.Results The positive rates of CD44v6 and LN-R expression were 73.6%(42/57) and 79.8%(46/57), their expression rates in Ⅱ-Ⅲlevel IMPC were significantly higher than inⅠlevel (P&lt;0.05),and in more than three lymph node metastasis group of IMPC ,the two proteins expression were significantly higher than that of no more than three lymph node metastasis group of IMPC ( P&lt;0 .05 ) .The two proteins expression had no difference with age and the proportion of the IMPC in the tumor ( P&gt;0 .05 ) .Their expression had no obvious correlation with each other ( P&gt;0 .05 ) .Conclusion CD446v and LN-R protein had high expression in IMPC , and higher histological level or more number of lymph node metastasis of IMPC had higher expression of the two proteins.
